Timer information
The calculator runs in your browser. The app’s code does not upload your headcount, hourly pay, conversation categories, session costs, or session history to an application database. It does not request employee names, microphone access, camera access, or location access.
Local storage
The app uses your browser’s local storage to remember finished sessions and calculator settings. The storage keys are slacker-history and slacker-settings. Finished records include a timestamp, duration, estimated cost, employee-hours, and conversation category. Settings include headcount, hourly pay, and category.
These records remain until you clear them or your browser removes the site’s data. Clear history removes saved session records but leaves your settings. To remove both, clear site data for slackertracker.lol through your browser settings. Private browsing and storage restrictions may limit persistence. There is no account-based backup or cross-device synchronization.
Sharing and downloads
Copying a result writes the result text to your clipboard when your browser permits it. Receipt images and CSV files are generated locally and downloaded only when you select the corresponding button. You choose whether and where to share them. Anyone you share them with can see the information they contain.
Hosting and technical information
The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites, with hosting infrastructure that includes Cloudflare. Serving a webpage involves technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time. Hosting providers may process this information and maintain operational or security logs. Local storage of calculator records does not mean a visit produces no hosting records.
For provider information, see OpenAI’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Provider-operated analytics, cookies, and retention are governed by their applicable practices; this notice does not claim that the hosting platform collects no data.
Advertising and analytics
This site includes Google AdSense code to connect the site to publisher account ca-pub-9260799666897243 and support advertising. Installation of the code does not mean the site has been approved or that an ad is currently being shown. A responsive display ad unit is configured near the bottom of the tracker page. Actual ad delivery depends on Google’s site approval, ad availability, browser settings, and applicable consent choices.
Loading advertising code sends requests to Google and may involve cookies, IP addresses, browser or device information, and other identifiers even when no visible ad appears. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to this site or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies can enable Google and its partners to personalize ads using visits across websites, subject to consent requirements and applicable settings.

Manage Google personalized advertising through Ads Settings; participating third-party advertising choices are available at aboutads.info. These settings do not erase locally saved calculator sessions.
No separate third-party analytics script is installed in the app code. Advertising providers may measure ad delivery and interactions. We do not intentionally include your calculator inputs or session history in the requests our app code sends to Google.
Contact messages
If you email hello@slackertracker.lol, your message is forwarded through Porkbun to the operator’s Yahoo inbox. The email services process your address, message, attachments, and delivery information. The operator uses this information to handle your inquiry and may retain the correspondence for follow-up; no fixed deletion period is currently set. Please avoid sending sensitive employee information. Replies may come from a Yahoo address. You can use the same contact address to request deletion of correspondence held by the operator, subject to any applicable retention obligations.
